Support a reduction in elective care waiting lists with co-investment funding from ORCHA

The newly published NHS 2023/24 priorities document focuses on three key tasks - the first being to recover its core services and productivity. As part of this, the guidance highlights the need to reduce long elective waits.

We have curated digital health solutions that will specifically help to reduce pressure on the system and tackle long backlogs. Improving access to care through digital health technology can support elective recovery across the system.

These digital health solutions are evidence-backed and can make a significant impact on patient outcomes and reduce backlogs by supporting:

  • Waiting well
  • Rehabilitation and supported self-management of long-term conditions
  • Post-recovery

ORCHA works in 70% of NHS regions, providing the infrastructure needed to deliver and activate safe digital health.

We have co-investment funding available to support the cost of adopting the ORCHA library and proven digital solutions, to support a reduction in waiting lists. It’s being offered to ICSs who express interest on a first-come first-served basis, and we have just a few spaces left. This offering is designed to accelerate proven digital solutions in your organisation that help to reduce waiting lists.
